What are your course dates?
Our online courses are held throughout the year except on UK national holidays and the Christmas/New Year period. Course dates are subject to availability.
Our 2025 Summer Programme will be held in Marlow between the 16th June and the 22nd August. Courses can be booked for between one week and ten weeks.
What time are the classes?
Class times will be arranged according to your availability. Most online classes take place on weekdays between 8:00 and 16:00 BST (9.00 and 17.00 GMT)
How long is each class?
Each class is usually 50 or 60 minutes in length. There is a break between classes.
How much homework will I have?
Preparation for each class is important. The amount of homework varies from class to class, but typically we would recommend allowing one hour per class for review and homework.

How do I apply for a course?

How can I pay for my course?
After booking your course, we will send you an invoice. We would ask that payment be made well in advance of your course starting date.
Payments for online tuition can be made by bank transfer or by credit card. The payment should reach E J Education at least one week in advance of your course starting date.
What is your cancellation policy?
Should there be a need to cancel your online course booking, please inform E J Education at least one week in advance of the course starting date. Otherwise, the full tuition fees for the first week will be charged.
Can I cancel or reschedule an online class?
In the case of urgent matters, such as an unexpected work appointment, you may reschedule or cancel a class with 24 hours’ notice. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, we regret that we cannot reschedule the class. We do not give refunds.
